You can easily pay through our online portal. Payment, WIPS, Personal Checks In Office 1st-4th only.

We welcome your guests to our community, and they may stay for a maximum of 14 days. However, subletting is prohibited.

Minimum of $500 up to the first month’s rent are charged in the form of a security deposit and may be refunded within 30 days after move out in a form of a check.

Renewing your lease: select lease term offered and sign lease on resident portal. Ending your lease: must give a 60-day written notice.

Gross income per apartment must be 2.5 the amount of the rent. All applicants must provide a valid social security number for a credit check to be performed. View our Rental Criteria for a complete list of applicant requirements.

Fifteen 50 Apartments proudly offers residents 24-hour maintenance service and response. Contact the leasing office, or submit a maintenance request through our online Resident Portal. We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.

Resident safety is a priority at Fifteen 50. Our community is gated and offers secure access onto the premises.

Fifteen 50 may occasionally host resident events; however, residents can enjoy our fitness center, grilling area, and pet park any time!

As part of our ongoing effort to improve our resident experience, smoking (including any e-cigarette and vaping devices) will not be allowed in any outdoor common areas or indoor spaces, including residents' apartments. View our No Smoking Policy page to learn more!
