Hello. It's been about 96 hours so far since me and my family have been living here. So, far it seems like a wonderful place ... to raise a family and stack up your money for a house. You can hear a good deal of what's happening outside but honestly the area is extremely quiet except for the occasional plane. The apartment is nice and cozy. Also Melody is the absolute best! However, having lived here for a while now, what is more impressive is the responsive nature of the staff to queries, Ms. Melody and Ms. Kayla have always been very supportive and ready to attend to my concerns. The staffs here are friendly respectful and very humble. Most of all they are professional! when I called for maintenance ... assistance Robert always shows up and took care of the problems perfectly and professionally. What I observed about Robert, he's smart knows is job very well dress professional and he works so hard ever since he start working here. My maintenance issues are always resolved by him. He deserves a high raise or promotion. Robert master is job very well. Theirs another young lady her name is Daisy I always impress of how she greet me and others when I enter the office she is easy to communicate with and answers back respectfully and resolved my issues. Daisy works very hard, even though a time I know we got a little tense on her but she handled and resolved our issues perfectly. Thanks to Amanda and her assistant as well they are friendly, respectful and professional. Lighthouse properties are always well kept & super reasonable price-wise for the renovations that they offer in each apartment. ... I’ve had the pleasure of living at the sister property across the street (The Marq at 1600) as well as here. The only reason I’m leaving is because there are no 3 bedrooms. If there were, I would stay with no hesitation. Through my time here, I’ve dealt with zero bugs, always feeling safe between myself and my 5 year old no matter what time of day or night. The office staff is super helpful even when there are minor inconveniences, they always are able to fix the issue. Also, the maintenance team is top tier. They resolve all of my issues in a timely manner, no matter how small (even something as minor as a cabinet handle being screwed on a little crooked).
